About delivery
Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 7 business days. Please note that we may be closed on weekends, national holidays, the New Year's holiday period, Golden Week, etc.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
If re-shipment is necessary due to a customer error such as an incorrect address or destination, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
